• Fees once paid are non-refundable after course access, materials, or sessions have been provided.

• If a refund request is made before course access or batch confirmation, it may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Processing charges or administrative fees may be deducted from eligible refunds.

Batch Rescheduling

• Students unable to attend a batch may request a batch transfer to a future session, subject to availability.

• Transfer requests must be made before the batch start date.

Course Cancellation by Institute

If a course is cancelled by the institute due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• The option to join a future batch.

Digital Learning & Course Materials

All course content, study materials, and recordings are non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been granted.
